There are combination locks on the boat storage area and the boat launch. Please contact Wayne Wilkins @ 336.242.8993 by phone or via e-mail at wayne.wilkins@energyunited.com for the combination. After use, please re-lock the areas and spin the combination to prevent unauthorized entrance.

Annual Homeowners Association Dues
|

Annual Dues invoices are mailed out during the month of December with payment past due after 30 days from invoice date. Late fees of $25 plus 18% annual interest will be applied to any unpaid invoices. The Secretary/Treasurer is responsible for invoicing and collecting for these annual dues. New Property Owner Disclosure Package

If you are selling your property, according to Virginia State Law, the purchaser is entitled to receive a Property Owner Disclosure Package. Neither the Developer nor your realtor can provide valid packages. Please contact the Association's current Secretary/Treasurer to obtain a valid Disclosure Package for your purchaser when/if you decide to sell. The then current year's annual homeowner's dues plus any unpaid late or other fees must be paid in full before a lot can be sold. Architectural Committee

This committee is responsible for reviewing plans for the design and location of structures, driveways, landscapes and other property improvements. Plans should be submitted to the Architectural Committee before any actual construction begins. This committee is appointed by the board and consists of Dale Sharp, David Grider, and Al Wight. Landscape Advisory Committee

This committee is responsible for making recommendations to the board for the care taking of the entrance sign planted areas, common and road right of way areas. The committee is appointed by the board and consists of Andy Hensley, David Johnson and Jim Nelson.

Upkeep of Vacant Lots

It is the responsibility of each lot owner to maintain their lots ensuring that lots do not become overgrown with brush and weeds and become unsightly. The association will attempt to locate a contractor who will remove tall weeds and undergrowth for you. If you are interested in having this maintenance performed, please contact Wayne Wilkins @ 336.242.8993 by phone or via e-mail at wayne.wilkins@energyunited.com if you have questions. The actual cost of this mowing will be billed directly to each property owner.
