About Us

Sunset Bay is a residential development located on Leesville Lake a short distance from the town of Gretna, VA. True to it's name, Sunset Bay offers beautiful sunsets every day of the year, weather permitting.  Check out the pictures on this web site to see a few.  Our address is Gretna.  Leesville Lake lies along the border of Pittsylvania, Campbell, Bedford and Franklin Counties about halfway between Danville and Lynchburg.

The neighborhood has a total of 68 lots, 5 of which are common areas providing lot owners secured facilities for boat/trailer storage, and access to the lake via a boat ramp with short term tie up docking.  Leesville Lake is 17 plus miles long with mountain views, quality water and great fishing.

Brownstone Property Management Services Company provides on-going administrative, billing & collections, oversight of mowing and other common property maintenance for Sunset Bay.  For information, requests, or comments regarding the business operations of Sunset Bay, or for concerns regarding maintenance of common features and areas in the subdivision, please contact Holly Snead, who will be the primary contact for the property owners. She may be reached at  hsnead@brownstoneproperties.com or at 434-385-1025, extension 18. For after hour emergencies, Brownstone Properties may be reached at 434-941-5399 on a 24 hour basis.

There are fishing tournaments most weekends in the summer. The Tri-County Marina is across the lake and very close by boat.
