If you are planning to build a home, please review the recently revised Construction Guidelines and complete the Plan Approval Checklist

 

Once completed, submit your Checklist and supporting documentation for approval to Brownstone Properties, Inc. as outlined in the Construction Guidelines.  Allow up to 45 days to obtain approval.

 

Note: The Construction Guidelines and the Plan Approval Checklist have been revised to ensure they remain in accordance with our Covenants. No substantial changes have been made. If you have any questions, reach out to the Architectural Committee.

 

To Obtain Combinations to Boat Storage and Launch

Please fill out the Boat Storage Form and email to a Board member who will provide the combinations once the conditions are met.
